We put a “min return” floor on every pack card — the guaranteed worst-pull cash-back nobody lines up side by side.
Every pack has a floor: the cheapest card it can possibly hand you, sold straight back at the site's instant sellback rate. That's the most you can lose on one open, made concrete. This week we put that number — the floor (min return) — on every pack card on the board, computed only where it's exact: the site's own published minimum, or (for Collector Crypt, which publishes none) the cheapest card actually sitting in the live pool we track.
Lined up side by side, the spread is wild. On most sites the floor clusters in a civilized band: Collector Crypt machines 44–90% of cost, Courtyard 42–63%, Monster 46–57%. Open a $25 CC Starter and the worst card in the pool still sells back for $11.05 — a bad night, not a wipeout.
Then there's GachaPull. Their floor is a number they publish themselves — a per-pack “minimum guarantee” — and it runs from 52% of cost on the $1,500 One Piece Emperor Collector Pack down to 3% on the $9 Dragon Ball Super Rip. Three percent. The guaranteed worst case on that pack is a card that sells back for 25 cents. The cheap “Rip” packs are the harshest as a class: floors of 3–10%, while the same site's big collector packs guarantee ~half your money back.
To be clear about what a floor is not: it isn't EV, and a high floor doesn't make a pack a better bet — every pack on the board is still −EV. What the floor tells you is the shape of a bad pull. A 50% floor means variance; a 3% floor means a miss is close to a total loss. That's worth knowing before you open, and now it's on every card.
Method: min return = worst possible pull × instant sellback, shown only where exact — sites' own published minimums as-is (GachaPull, Phygitals, Monster, Courtyard; Beezie labeled as their unverifiable claim), Collector Crypt computed from the live pool snapshot. 118 packs carried the stat on launch day; Tilt Rips is excluded (floor varies by volatility mode and their odds aren't verifiable).
