Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RipIndex (the “Service”), an informational website available at rip-index.com. By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. What the Service is

RipIndex is an independent, informational dashboard that displays publicly available statistics and published odds for digital gacha and trading-card pack openings. It is provided for general information and entertainment only.

2. No affiliation

RipIndex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any platform, brand, or product it covers (including, without limitation, Collector Crypt, Tilt Rips, and Courtyard). All trademarks and product names are the property of their respective owners.

3. Not financial or gambling advice

The Service does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or gambling advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to open any pack, buy any item, or make any transaction. Opening packs is gambling with a negative expected value. Any decision you make is your own, made at your own risk.

4. Eligibility & your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including the legal age for gambling and any restrictions in your jurisdiction. The Service is intended for adults. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

5. Accounts

You do not need an account to use RipIndex. Everything published on the site — the board, the Rip Lab, the report, wallet lookups — is readable without signing in, and we will not put that behind a sign-up.

An optional account exists for saved, personal tools such as card watches. If you create one: keep control of the email address and wallet you use with it, since anyone who controls those can access the account; you are responsible for activity under your account; and one person should not run accounts to evade limits or abuse the Service. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to attack, overload, or defraud the Service, and we will tell you why. You can delete your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what we hold and how to have it removed.

Signing in with a wallet asks you to sign a message proving you control that address. That is not a transaction: it moves no funds and grants no spending permission. We never ask for your private key or seed phrase, and no one legitimately representing RipIndex will ever ask you for either.

6. Affiliate links

Some outbound links are referral links, and we may earn a reward when you use them, at no extra cost to you. This does not affect the information we present. See our About & Disclaimers page for details.

7. “As is,” no warranty

The Service and all data are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Always verify current odds and prices on the platform itself before acting.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RipIndex and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any losses (including money lost gambling) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.

9. Third-party sites

The Service links to third-party websites we don’t control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. [Confirm jurisdiction with counsel.]
