Data & Commercial Use

What this data is

RipIndex readings come from two kinds of sources: public blockchains (real pull transactions, deliveries, buybacks — anyone can verify them) and the gacha platforms’ own published odds and prices, shown as theirs. What RipIndex adds — the compilation, the derived metrics (realized EV, worst-pull floors, luck grades, heat), the verification work, and the way it’s all presented — is our work product.

Personal & community use — welcome

Commercial use — ask first

Written permission is required before you:

“Written permission” isn’t a moat — it’s a conversation. We’ve said yes to reasonable asks and we answer quickly: reach us on Discord or X @Rip_Index. There is no public API today; if you need programmatic access, that’s exactly the kind of ask to bring us.

One rule, stated once

We’ve read data policies that permit something in one clause and forbid it in the next. Ours is one rule: credit + link for people, permission for products. If a situation seems ambiguous, ask — the answer will be consistent with that rule.

Accuracy & no warranty

Our side of the bargain

We hold ourselves to the same standard we ask of others: platform odds and prices are always attributed to the platform that published them, on-chain claims are verifiable on-chain, and corrections or takedown requests get a prompt human answer.
